Describe the bug
The close button is missing on Firefox

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'www.icloud.com',
Click on 'Account Settings'
Scroll down to 'Custom Email Domain' and Click on it.
A layer pops up.
There's a close button on top left corner on Safari, Chrome and Edge. But not on Firefox. Actually the feature is on this layer, but the icon does not appear.

Expected behavior
Need a close button.
