Phantasy star portable 1 character select #9151

In phantasy star portable 1 the character select screen will flicker the active character then it will disappear,this happens when rotating the species select.

Tested on android play store version 1.3.0.1

Only happens on the opengl render.

This is also on a moto g4 plus (snapdragon 617) with android 6 open gl 3.1

It was a driver bug because android 7 fixed it.
