Buffered Rendering Performance Regression #5210

On latest builds,buffered rendering has become noticeably slower on my phone(mediatek mt6577 chipset)

For instance on old builds,I could attain an fps of 55/60 or higher on practice mode on Tekken DR using Mokujin(frameskip off) while on latest builds,I could only attain an fps that fluctuates between 45/60 up to 30/60(frameskip off)

The difference is pretty significant on many games

I'm sorry since i don't know which build it started but it started aroun the time the small display and auto rotation were implemented

The latest build actually has no more performance regressions(although i dont know what fixed it),so,closing this now
