What happens?

The character in a specific starting area cannot land well, it shows the falling animation

What should happen?

Should do the pre-fight animation

What hardware, operating system, and PPSSPP version? On desktop, GPU matters for graphical issues.

Hardware:

HUAWEI Nova 7 SE
Kirin 820 5G, Mali-G57

Software:

Android 10, EMUI 10.1

PPSSPP Version used:

v1.10.3 (Using release build)

Haven't tried yet. Let me replicate for a moment

While I am in the process of emulating on PC (Windows), here's my another instance but working with MacOS using same version

Ok, sounds likely to be an ARM64 jit bug then. Scary..

This got something similar in another game but it affects all the both Android and PC and in MP - #13104 (comment)

It's possible #17784 may have helped this, although by no means certain. Would be worth testing on the latest git build.

It'd be helpful to know if this still happens in the latest git builds. Once #18360 is merged, it'd also help to know if it's any better with "JIT Using IR".
