Add Tool to create polygons with a customizable number of vertices

As a user, I want to have a tool which allows me to draw polygons with a customizable amount of vertices. This would allow for an intuitive and precise creation of new shapes while keeping the simplicity of creating common shapes such as triangles or squares.
