If we do not save every action, especially in the translation view, inconsistencies are guaranteed. Consider the case where one changes the type of a node but does not click "save". Now they provide a correspondence thinking that what they see is also stored in the backend....Boom

Of course, this would also necessitate an "Undo" button, but then again, how much can you destroy?
