image paths to several icons are broken

Several icons are referred to in the HDM preset and the icons aren't included in the default josm setup. These icons are intended to appear when the user searches for them or browses the preset. As shown in the picture below, the icon paths for video arcade and internet cafe are missing.

As far as I can tell, this doesn't have any performance effects and only gives an error message if you run josm in the terminal.

@goldfndr also told me that many of these broken links are fixed with the new tags preset enabled..
