The following issue can sometimes be observed in the CT nodes:

jsonPayload: {
container_image: "europe-west3-docker.pkg.dev/hoprassociation/docker-images/hoprd:2.2.3-commit.2fd1da40"
container_name: "hoprd"
fields: {
block_id: 38539895
error: "Execution Error: error returned from database: (code: 5) database is locked"
}
message: "failed to update indexer state info"
target: "chain_indexer::block"
threadId: "ThreadId(2)"
timestamp: "2025-02-13T10:14:06.925595Z"
}

Either an issue in hoprd or insufficient resources are causing this. Please, investigate.

Also happens on my personal nodes. Assumption is that it's not related to CT nodes specifically, but rather with all nodes.
