CT nodes might have insufficient FS access

The following issue can sometimes be observed in the CT nodes:

Either an issue in hoprd or insufficient resources are causing this. Please, investigate.

Also happens on my personal nodes. Assumption is that it's not related to CT nodes specifically, but rather with all nodes.
