Objective

This removes the need for market admins to make pull requests on their own, thus reducing entry barriers and increasing privacy for market admins.

Description

The final step of the market creation tool should submit instructions to a bot which can PR into constants folder to add the submitted market.

Require 2 admins from honey-protocol org to approve the PR. Return link to PR in FE.
