General - Increase the length of the Toastify notification (required during locking/ unlocking vault process) #2

Unlocking and locking vaults take too long, a refresh is required almost each time (would need a toastify notification for this (this is probably quicker) or optimisation fix)

There is a temp fix for the refresh issue on the development branch, but we might want to optimise this.
Although not a priority it would be nice to extend the notification duration. Docs below:
