Enable iOS App to Import TLV data for Thread Network Merge

Apple supports iOS apps requesting all credentials for the Thread network https://developer.apple.com/documentation/threadnetwork/thclient/3801784-retrieveallcredentials

Not 100% sure this would work, but if it will, can this capability be added to the iOS Home Assistant app to extract the TLV and merge the seperate Thread networks into one?

I have one Home Assistant OpenThread Border Router, and 5 Apple TV's under a seperate Apple Thread network, and one Google Home under it's network.

It would be great to at least merge the Home Assistant and Apple networks for better coverage.

I played around with this but hit a wall because it appears we can't get Apple's credentials out of their own framework. We are investigating with the CSA and if needed will issue an Apple TSI for it. Follow along on Discord

CSA said they can't help, I opened a TSI with Apple. I did get to storing HA's TLV into the data store and that works (and is actually validated) but we still can't get at Apple's TLV. I imagine this is intentional on their part but lets see what the TSI comes back with.

I'm also very interested in this, and I'd be happy to help test & debug. The Discord link isn't working for me, but looking at the docs it seems like THClient's retreivePreferredCredentials: would do the trick. I haven't gotten it to work for me yet, though.
