Browser and Operating System:
N/A but Firefox/win10

Description of problem:
When adding a timestamp sensor to the glance card with state shown, the time shown is the UTC time. This is in most cases incorrect.

Timestamp sensors state are in UTC, but the UI is expected to show the correct localized time.

I'd expect by default to show either relative time (like the entities card) or hour:minute (time).

Javascript errors shown in the web inspector (if applicable):
