Can't upgrade to versions above 0.103.0 #30116

Now on 0.103.3 i can't reboot host with bluetooth and bluetooth_le enabled. It's not booting until they are removed again. |
In my case 0.104.0b0 fixes this issue. I keep it open because of others mentions this issue, feel free to close 🙏 |

Found a way to upgrade; See additional information.
(Don't know if it's related to #30060)
I cant upgrade to version above 0.103.0. Everytime i try it fails and roll back. I can manually up/downgrade to any versions as long as its not above 0.103.0.

Additional information:
By disabling bluetooth and bluetooth_le device tracker i was able to upgrade to 0.103.3. At no point check config is catching any errors, but it seems related to bluetooth...
