Problem-relevant configuration.yaml entries and (fill out even if it seems unimportant):

device_tracker
  platform: bluetooth_tracker
  platform: bluetooth_le_tracker

Traceback (if applicable):

More specific it seems to be because of platform: bluetooth_le_tracker

Additional information:
By disabling bluetooth and bluetooth_le device tracker i was able to upgrade to 0.103.3. At no point check config is catching any errors, but it seems related to bluetooth...

Now on 0.103.3 i can't reboot host with bluetooth and bluetooth_le enabled. It's not booting until they are removed again.
