Add logging of INC path on startup

This is needed so that we can help users track down problems when a required module is missing. There are quite a few OSs in use and each can be a bit different.

The primary task here will be deciding where to put the log command. We must ensure it is truly located after all the INC changes. Maybe just before the common / user code is evaluated.
