js でページがどんどん書き換わるページなどは、ページ読み込みが落ち着いたタイミングで後から usercss を挿入したい場合がある
usercss がちゃんと書けているかお試しするためには都度再読み込みする必要がある
style タグをもう一度挿入、削除、ができれば、これらを好きなタイミングでできて便利そう
