Android: language switcher does not increase in font size

The font size for the language switcher options do not increase on Android Chrome. Issue also on the HMRC design system example https://design.tax.service.gov.uk/hmrc-design-patterns/welsh-language-toggle/

Actually, also noticing that design system components not increasing with font size on Android Chrome, e.g. https://design-system.service.gov.uk/components/text-input/default/index.html

Tested and resolved with latest Android version (14) on pixel phone
