Seems 380p is the only redirect format version thats available these days. The --extractor-arg "youtube:player_client=mediaconnect" -S res:720 provides a sing unthrottled 1080/720 hls playlist usable for playback.

  • yt-dlp -f "136+140" --merge-output-format mp4
