Description

Update the Contest Card within the contest page to reflect changes we made with FramesV2

Contest Card should show:

Claim Button instead of add funds
Show the winners (and on hover show more address info / profile info)
Money Earned)

User Stories / Acceptance Criteria

notification sent to all judges when contest ends
winners notified by bot replying to the winning entries
users can visit the contest page to see who won and how much amount was won.
winners can click on the claim bitton to claim their prizes
