some aarch64 experiments:

• the a55 version was a test build with cortex a55 optimizations instead of the cortex a53 optimizations i usually use which did not give any performance improvement at all on a cortex a55 cpu
• the gcc7 version was built with the default ubuntu 18.04 gcc7 before i switched to gcc8
• the archlinuxarm version was built natively on archlinuxarm (gcc9) and was using about 1-2% more cpu than my ubuntu build (gcc8), which to my surprise did work very well on a pinebook pro with manjaro arm out of the box ... this build has the plugins updated to 14.06.2020 and has 143 open source plugins included resulting in 1580 vcvrack modules
