[Bug] simplewall UI shows [Enable filters] in non-admin user

Steps to reproduce

1. I checked "load on system startup", tray icon is gray in non-admin user
2. click simplewall tray icon
3. simplewall UI left-top corner shows "Enable filters"

Expected behavior

simplewall UI left-top corner should show "disable filters"
but , The filters seems work fine? maybe ?? and I can't alter the rule, and apply.

shown as picture, the user groups are "power user", simplewall UI shows "Enable filters", (but I have checked load on system startup, and enable filter)

simplewall is completely do not run under non admin
