Feature functionality
Update documentation to include usage on Apple MPS (and limitations).

  • installation details
  • MPS constraints: no support for float64, complex128
  • torch constraints: some operations not supported, or do not support complex types (General MPS op coverage tracking issue pytorch/pytorch#77764)
  • no "multi-MPS" usage
  • MPI multiprocess on single device possible
  • limited testing
  • best-effort basis
  • ... (more as needed)

Needs update:

  • Installation section
  • readthedocs sync?
  • examples, tutorial?
