关于弹幕悬停的优化建议 #69

目前弹幕悬停后会影响原有弹幕的样式结构分布，主要是会导致悬停后弹幕重叠，提两个优化点，盼优化：

能否按照腾讯视频目前的，鼠标移入，弹幕悬停查看是基于一个新创建的弹幕查看，查看完成后鼠标移出，该新创建的弹幕被销毁，这样可以不影响原有的弹幕结构
也可以仿照b站的思路，可以有一个默认的悬停时间的属性，例如我把距离拉大，但前一个弹幕只能悬停2s，这个时候也不会造成弹幕的重叠现象

两种思路，望采纳
