Just for completeness the macOS applications all have their "Settings" menu item in the "<AppName>" tab and it's called "Preferences"

in:

  • tuxguitar-2024-12-17-tuxguitar-next-macosx-jfx-cocoa-x86_64
  • tuxguitar-2024-12-17-tuxguitar-next-macosx-swt-cocoa-x86_64
