Integrate with DOB violations, 311 and other data

At present this question is more open-ended and exploratory. We know the data is out there and (most likely) can be easily linked via BINs. The more important questions are

• which of these are most valuable to people
• what we would want to display exactly
• and where in the app exactly

So the way to pursue this is to pretend the data are already there and magically loaded somehow -- but still, how should they integrate into the app? And how valuable is it to have this data available?
