raster becomes 1000 times smaller when imported in postgres database

Hi,

I noticed that the raster became about 1000 times smaller when imported in the database. The extent of the original layer was different from the extent of the imported raster. The resulting raster showed up in the middle of the original extent but was a lot smaller.
