Bug: mumble not working properly after plugin activation change in mumble settings

Describe the bug
Other clients are not audible anymore when the plugin was activated or deactivated in mumbles settings dialog.

A mumble client restart solves the issue.
So when activating or deactivating the fgcom-mumble plugin, a mumble client restart is currently mandatory.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup: Radio bot playing something in the fgcom-mumble channel
2. Open mumble client, don't join server
3. Deactivate plugin in "settings"
4. join Server and the channel
5. Observe silence where there should be light sound
6. Close and reopen mumble, join the channel and hear sound

Expected behavior

1. Disable plugin
2. Join channel
3. Hear stuff

It seems that the entire mumble session is not okay anymore after enabling/disabling the plugin.

So currently changing plugin loading of mumble needs a mumble client restart in any case.

This might be a bug in mumble, resp. how the plugin deals with the API.
