升级mac os sierra 10.12系统以后，Jetbrains家族的IDE大都会出现触摸板过于灵敏的问题，解决方法如下：

然后前往 /library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines，把下载下来的文件解压出来，放在该目录下，然后打开webstorm，双击shift，具体如下图操作：
