No support for http proxies

I am in a large organisation and need to access the outside world using an HTTP proxy. Would you accept a pull request allowing optional configuration of the yumrepo's proxy attribute?

I just ran the specs for the first time in a year and it looks like I'm having an issue with establishing an ssl connection with the repo, I'll look into it.

bundle exec rake spec still works, though.
