DHCP static leases not persisting after a reboot #551

Problem/Motivation

I don't know if I've set something up wrong or incorrect with my add-on but while using the DHCP server static leases don't seem to persist through a reboot. I've seen that there were some similar issues to this in #33 and #34 but they look like they were closed for inactivity.

My router doesn't support setting a DNS server in it's DHCP setting so using AdGuard's DHCP server is key to getting ad-blocking in my network. I've also got devices which don't let me set a static IP address so being able to use the DHCP server to is needed.

I'll take a look to see if I can see anything wrong with my setup or config and I'll update this issue if I find anything.

Expected behavior

The DHCP static leases persist through a reboot.

Actual behavior

The DHCP static leases are "forgotten" / deleted and don't exist anymore.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Setup AdGuard with the DHCP server enabled.
  2. Add a MAC, IP and hostname to an address in the static leases list.
  3. Reboot the AdGuard container.
  4. See that the static leases list is now empty.

I'm happy to look into trying to solve this myself but it's still an issue that's occurring...

@Joshua-Noakes1 I hit the same problem some time back.
FWIW I started my own small project to run dnsmasq as DHCP server and you can find it at https://github.com/f18m/ha-addon-dnsmasq-dhcp-server/. DHCP static leases are retained :)
