Is this library a CLC-owned library?

Hi! @simonmar, I noticed that the maintainer field of the Cabal file was set to [email protected], which usually indicates ownership of the CLC for libraries that have this. However, since the current list of CLC library was taken from the wiki (which was infamously unreliable) and does not indicate parallel, could we have a clarification of its status?

The maintainer field dates from before the CLC existed. I doubt this should be a CLC-owned library (at least in its current state), but I'd be more than happy to have others help with maintenance, as you can tell I'm not able to spend a lot of time on it myself.

If noone else is available, I'd be willing to help with maintenance. I still have an open PR (#61) that I'd like to get merged.
