The sectionSeparator is currently defined as "*\t*\t*\n".

According to https://github.github.com/gfm/#example-13 (linked from https://help.github.com/en/github/writing-on-github/creating-and-highlighting-code-blocks#syntax-highlighting), called for in the LSP spec), we can achieve the same effect with "***\n".

This also renders correctly on emacs in lsp-mode.
