Formatting with cabal-fmt does not work at all.
Error message:

[Error - 13:55:31] Request textDocument/formatting failed.
Message: No plugin enabled for STextDocumentFormatting, available: ormolu, cabalfmt, stylish-haskell, floskell, fourmolu
Code: -32600

HLS version: 2.0.0
GHC version: 9.4.5
