Need a hide option for hyperlinked source

Happy can generate very large source files. While I may want to have hyperlinked source files for most of my project, I don't for the Happy-generated file. It is huge, unreadable, and uninteresting. Plus it makes haddock run for ages (instead of completing instantly).

We should have a module-level switch for generating hyperlinked sources.
