Automatic issue creation against GitHub sources for failing packages #72

It would be very useful if the CI could create an issue if my package fail to build against a new release of GHC, provided my package has the source-repository property set to a GitHub repo.

Here is an example of an automatically created issue for a Julia package when the package fell out from support of (a newer version of) the Julia package manager. It's not very pretty (in terms of formatting), but it was very useful: we updated the package since.

Hi @ulysses4ever thank you for opening this issue.

I'll into the link. I am not sure that we can achieve it soon, but I have the same idea a while back when working on hackage-matrix-builder.
