Error "No mapping between account names and security IDs was done." when exporting SMB share

As mentioned in #3139: when you try to add a Samba share on Windows in Vagrant 1.5 (and 1.5.1) you will get the following error message when executing vagrant up:

Exporting an SMB share failed! Details about the failure are shown
below. Please inspect the error message and correct any problems.

Host path: C:/vagrant/puphpet

Stderr: Systemfehler 1332 aufgetreten.

Zuordnungen von Kontennamen und Sicherheitskennungen wurden nicht durchgeführt.

My setup:

• Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
• PowerShell v3
• Vagrant 1.5.1 with patch from Fixed broken PowerShell execution #3210 applied
• VirtualBox 4.3.8

I tried it on two different machines in two different networks and got the same error.
