documentation for /r/virtual_machine may need updating - trivial

After pull #785 (issue #746) I noticed that https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-vsphere/blob/master/website/docs/r/virtual_machine.html.markdown#L1294 appears out of date:

• The virtual machine must not be powered on at the time of cloning.

Consider removing the line completely or changing the wording to reassure users that the situation has changed with the new feature. It's a trivial change, but I wouldn't change that without knowing the preference.
