Terraform doesn't undelete Custom roles on apply

Hi,

I'm facing an issue with the google cloud provider, If i have custom Roles and when i run terraform destroy, the role goes into a deleted mode and stays so for 60 days, if i run terraform apply again it fails because it tries to create the role again, is it possible to make the provider check if a role exist already and undelete it if it does instead of trying to create it again ?
