Label support for Cloud SQL

Hi,

Is it possible that we can get label support for Cloud SQL instances? Labels are tremendously helpful for providing an extra layer of metadata to resources we use in GCP. We tried adding this to our config and it wasn't recognized. When we checked the documentation on the Terraform site it seems this isn't part of the resource definition in the Terraform provider for it. Thanks for the work you guys do on the provider!
