azurerm_kubernetes_cluster: Respect PDB on default node pool rotation #26274

Description

Force Delete an AKS node pool is an dangerous option and leads into a downtime.

A side from that, the option is not documented at REST API specs.

It's unclear to me whats the origin and reason of that parameter.

Oh, that was not in my mind. We had the issues with the ignoring PDB on system pool rotations.

It looks like the azurerm_kubernetes_cluster_node_pool resource has been fixed by #26471.
