Description

Much like the solution for mssql_server released in version 2.31.0, I would like that same implementation for the azurerm_sql_server resource, as currently the TLS option is greyed out in the portal and has to be manually set there.

  • azurerm_2.31.0

Just been made aware of the discussion in #8338, could the documentation be updated to reflect this?

Just investigating this, there is a comment in the azurerm_sql_server resource file declaring an intent to deprecate with azurerm 4.0.

DeprecationMessage: "The `azurerm_sql_server` resource is deprecated and will be removed in version 4.0 of the AzureRM provider. Please use the `azurerm_mssql_server` resource instead.",

Perhaps this issue should be closed.
