Migrating the SDK for
azurerm_storage_management_policyfrom track1 SDK (2021-09-01) to go-azure-sdk (2022-05-01). There will be another PR submitted once this is merged, to upgrade the API version from 2022-05-01 to the latest 2023-01-01. The main motivation is to support new properties introduced in the latest API (e.g. #23020)
