[Enhancement]: [FSx] Return endpoint IP address when aws_fsx_openzfs_file_system is created

Description

The Endpoint IP address is required when creating a PV in an EKS cluster located in a different VPC than the FSx. Currently there is no way to provide the IP of the FSx file system in terrafrom.
