[Enhancement]: Support DB2 cloudwatch log exports

Description

When enabling cloudwatch log exports for RDS DB2, I receive an error:

Error: expected enabled_cloudwatch_logs_exports.0 to be one of ["agent" "alert" "audit" "error" "general" "listener" "oemagent" "postgresql" "slowquery" "trace" "upgrade"], got diag.log

   with module.rds_db2_test.aws_db_instance.db[0],
   on modules/rds-db2/main.tf line 153, in resource "aws_db_instance" "db":
  153:   enabled_cloudwatch_logs_exports       = ["diag.log", "notify.log"]
