aws_cloudwatch_log_metric_filter - invalid check on pattern lenght

Hi there,

according to AWS documentation,
http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatchLogs/latest/APIReference/API_PutMetricFilter.html
the maximal length for the pattern is 1024 characters.

But,
terraform-provider-aws/aws/resource_aws_cloudwatch_log_metric_filter.go

line 34

ValidateFunc: validateMaxLength(512),

forces the limit to be 512
