The tfplugin5 package is no longer used; terraform-plugin-go is now the common interface for the Terraform protocol.
Add helpers to convert back and forth between tftypes Types and cty
Types directly instead of sending it through JSON first.
schema.Provider.GRPCProvider() returns a gRPC server, for use with terraform-plugin-mux. We move NewGRPCProviderServer() from internal/helper/plugin to prevent an import cycle with helper/schema.
Binary reattach testing now iterates through both ProviderFactories and V5ProviderFactories and spins up a gRPC server for each. Plugin-go protocol v5 providers can thus be tested in the same way as SDKv2 providers.
If the same provider is supplied in both TestCase.ProviderFactories and TestCase.ProtoV5ProviderFactories, the test framework cannot decide which version to use. Error to inform the user that they must set one or the other.
Allow plugin-go provider factories in acc tests
