client: When a task fails, kill all other tasks in the task group #962

This PR:

  • Kills tasks in a task group when one fails.
  • Doesn't mark a task as received during a restore.
  • Fixes the TestAllocRunner_SaveRestoreState_TerminalAlloc test

Fixes #806

hi @dadgar, I understand that this will kill only the same task group, not the other groups if you have instances=2 or more right?
