In low moderate networks (for example network between aws t2 instances) time to time we see lags in the network, this looks like tcp retransmissions, dropped udp packtes etc, as result sometimes wee see often switches between leaders, so it will be nice if nomad will support performance section in configuration like consul https://www.consul.io/docs/agent/options.html#performance, so we can tune raft timeouts
For now this timeouts hadrcoded, and only solution that we have to solve this is to patch namad source and compile new version by ourself
