Collecting Nomad agent logs for aggregated logging is currently annoying particularly due to the agent config startup message. It would be nice if operators could specify what logging format to choose, including the option to log in JSON format.

huge 👍 on this - ideally logging in Gelf or similar standard format would be huge win
