User beacon and GA-style event tracking

Hasjob's EventSession provides better raw data for analytics than Google Analytics captures, so it makes sense to be able to do this with our own code across websites. Lastuser should provide a user beacon alongside #52's login beacon that operates similarly from an invisible iframe, but supports user activity reporting by the client app's UI.
