tools/ControlOBS.au3: OBS Studio (aka Multiplatform) support

OBS Studio (Rewritten version with QT5) has completely different user interface.

Ultimately the script should be better to detect the type of OBS and work with both version. This is not mandatory requirement, but the behavior should avoid confusion around users.
